Local Partners

WSA work would have no meaning without partners’ cooperation. Thanks to the precious contribution offered by our local partners, WSA has implemented some important initiatives aimed at:

• - Building knowledge and raising awareness among communities of rural women on impacts of climate change and natural catastrophes to agriculture productivity.
• - Raising women’s level of awareness on potential income generation opportunities through the sustainable use of natural resources, appropriate food processing techniques, handcrafting, etc;
• - Promoting local food products (culinary, or processed products), as a means that would contribute to rural tourism and recreational activity;
• - Biodiversity protection and promotion of autochthone agricultural varieties by regions;
